If you are having speed issues, try connecting your modem directly to your computer, not via your router. Please test your speed at www.speedtest.net. If your speeds are as expected when connected directly to your modem, but are significantly lower once you connect through your router, it may be helpful to reset your router and create a brand new Wi-Fi profile. After you have reset your router and created a new Wi-Fi connection, please retest your speeds.
