To pay your monthly bill via an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), log in to My Account, select Bills & Payments, then Bank Payment, and then follow instructions to make your online payment. You will need to set up VMedia as one of your payees.
To pay by Interac, please log in to your My Account, select Bills & Payments, then Pay Now, and then Interac.
Please allow at least five business days for the transfer of the EFT or Interac payment, so that we receive your payment by the first of the month. Kindly note that if we do not receive your online payment by the first of the month, we will charge your credit card.
