My home phone is not working. I can not hear any ringtone and no one can call me ?

 Before contacting our Customer Support Center please make sure you complete all the steps below:

  1. Check if your internet connection is working properly. If not, please contact your Internet service provider to address this. 
  2. If your internet is working properly, please reboot your router modem (switch off the power for at least 5 minutes). After the router is rebooted, do the same with the Phone adapter.
  3. Make sure all the wires are securely plugged in.
