My home phone is not working. I can not hear any ringtone and no one can call me?

Before contacting our Customer Support Center, please make sure you complete all of the below steps:

  1. Check if your internet connection is working properly. If not, please contact your internet service provider to address this.
  2. If your internet is working properly, please reboot your router/modem (switch off the power for at least 5 minutes). After the router is rebooted, do the same with the phone adapter.
  3. Make sure all the wires are securely plugged in.
