Before connecting your modem to the phone jack, make sure that you have entered your login, password and any other modem set up information correctly. If you do not know which of the phone jacks has been activated by the Bell technician, please try connecting the modem to each of your phone jacks one after another and check your Internet connection.

In addition, please check connectivity by ensuring that lights are flashing on the modem and phone filters.
