How do I update my modem MAC address with VMedia?

We will need the modem make, model, MAC address, and serial number of your modem. See example below. Once this information is provided, we will submit the provisioning request to the upstream network provider and the modem will be added to network. Please note: it can take up to 72 hours for a modem to be added to the network
