What do I need to do to activate my Home Phone ?
Follow these easy steps to set up your VMedia Home phone. Please note: This must be done from your home internet connection.
Connect your device to the network
Login to your VMedia My Account with your username and password that were sent to you in the initial ‘Welcome’ email. Sign in at the upper right hand corner of the VMedia home page.
In Account Overview – in the Home Phone section, select “Activate Devices”.
Checkmark the device that needs to be activated. Verify that the Mac address of your device in My Account is correct and matches the Mac address on the phone you have.
Click “Activate”. (It takes approximately 3 minutes for the Phone to get registered.)
You are now ready to make and receive calls!
