How can I cancel your service? What is your cancellation policy?

We are sorry to see you leave us. If you would like to cancel our service, you need to phone in and speak with a VMedia team member. We need to speak with you to validate that you are the actual account holder. 

Please note - we cannot accept any service cancellations by chat or by email. If you do send in a request for service cancellation by chat or email, we are unable to process it.
