How do I order channels from UChoose? How do I change my UChoose selection?

It's easy! Order online with a couple of clicks. UChoose is only available online.

Go to the Sign-In page on our site, and log in to your account in My Account with your user ID and password. Select Manage My UChoose Channels under Products and Services. That will take you to the UChoose section where you can pick your channels. Your selections will appear in the Summary on the right hand side. As you select more channels, the summary is updated. Hit 'Continue' and follow the prompts to finish the transaction.

You can change your selection of your channels here as well. Once the order is placed, refresh or reboot your VBox and your new channels will appear on your TV right away!

We will send you an email confirming your selection. Please note that you will only be charged from the activation date until the end of the month. After that, you will be billed monthly along with your other VMedia services.
