Here are the set up steps as well as useful information for your Sagemcom 2864 modem.

Navigate to the modem's web interface by typing this address in your browser: 192.168.2.1.
Login with the default username and password, which will be admin for both, in lowercase.
Click the Internet link on the left hand side of page.
Click on the Internet tab at the top of the page.
Enter your PPP username into the User ID field.
Enter your PPP password into the Password field.
Click Save.
