- Access the management interface by going to the address http://192.168.100.1
- Click on the "Configuration" tab
- Click "Reset All Defaults/Restore Factory Defaults" and confirm by clicking "OK"
- Click "Restart Cable Modem" and confirm by pressing "OK"
- The modem should restart in Factory Default condition (please note that this may take 5-30 minutes).
