A red inet/internet light on the modem indicates an authentification issue, and nearly always happens when your have the wrong PPP Username and Password entered in your modem configuration.
If this issue happens randomly and not while you are trying to configure your modem-router, it could indicate an issue on your connection. If this happens often, please contact our
