- On the front of your modem, above the LAN status LED, you will notice a small reset button.
- Press and hold this reset button for 10 seconds. You may require a pin to press this button.
- After 10 seconds, you will notice the lights flash on your modem and you may let go of the reset button.
- Your modem will restart using factory default settings and the reset is complete.
