If your credit card is declined when we process it on the first of the month, or if we do not receive your online payment, then we will make make additional attempts to charge your card on subsequent days. Please add funds to your credit card to allow for payment or pay with online banking promptly. We will also notify you by phone and email about the failed credit card payment or any missed payments. If we are unable to process your card or do not receive your payment by the 10th of the month, there will be a late payment fee of $25.00 added to your account. You account may also be suspended. Payment on your account needs to be made by the 20th of the month in order to avoid any service cancellation.
