How do I enter my login into my VBox and when will I need it?

Your VMedia account number/username and your password were sent to you in the first email that you received from VMedia titled Welcome. You will need those to login into your VBox. If you cannot find your username and password, please contact us.

After opening the VMedia app for the first time and going through its setup, you will get to the Login page. Select Login on the right of the page, and enter your VMedia account number/username here. Select Next on the on-screen keyboard when you are done, then select Password on the right of the screen. Again, select Next on the on-screen keyboard when you are done, then select Next on the right on the screen. Your account will be identified, and you will be able to access your TV services after a few seconds.

You will also need your login and password information to log in to your account in the My Account section on our website to add new channels, update your credit card information or see your monthly invoices.
