How do I switch to VMedia?

Switching to VMedia is easy. Sign up with us online or by phone, cancel your current provider and we take care of the rest. If you are currently with Rogers or Videotron directly, we can even cancel for you.

For internet, we will schedule your installation or transfer on the same date as your cancellation date, so there is no service interruption. We do need some advance notice for scheduling of your new internet set up depending on your current provider.
