Please make sure you complete all of the below steps:
- Check if your internet connection is working properly. If not, please contact your internet service provider to address this.
- If your internet is working properly, please reboot your router/modem (switch off the power for at least 5 minutes). After the router is rebooted, do the same with the phone adapter.
- Make sure all the wires are securely plugged in.
